ADHD Assessment

Do you often struggle with things like…

  • Time management (you’re always late!)

  • Completing boring or difficult tasks (e.g. license renewal or opening mail)

  • Finishing projects or hobbies

  • Emotion regulation

  • Organization (e.g. doom piles of clothes in your room)

  • Following conversations

  • Planning ahead for the future

  • Chronic shame

Have you ever wondered if you have ADHD? Many adults go undiagnosed for most of their education/careers and struggle to make sense of their symptoms. I am here to help you finally understand.

For the past five years I have conducted in-depth assessments for adults who want a definitive answer about whether or not they have ADHD. Assessments are administered remotely and the process takes about four weeks from start to finish.

Assessment Schedule:

Week 1: 1 hour interview

  • I ask background questions and gather information about your history of symptoms of ADHD

  • Questionnaires are sent to you

  • You are charged 1/2 of the assessment fee

Week 2: 1 hour interview

  • I use a structured interview measure to ask about childhood and adulthood diagnostic symptoms of ADHD and administer an autism screener

  • Questionnaires are returned by the end of week 2

Week 3: No meeting

  • (I am writing the report)

Week 4: Feedback session

  • Go over results and recommendations

  • You are charged 1/2 of the assessment fee
