Have you ever wondered if you have ADHD?
For the past four years I have conducted in-depth assessments for adults who want a definitive answer about whether or not they have ADHD. Assessments are administered remotely or in-person and the process takes about four weeks from start to finish.
The assessment fee is $1400, which is split into two payments.
Below I have outlined the assessment process.
Assessment Schedule:
Week 1: 1 hour interview
I will ask background questions and gather information about your history of symptoms of ADHD
I will mail/send you home with questionnaires
You are charged 1/2 of the assessment fee
Week 2: 1 hour interview
I will use a structured interview measure to ask about childhood and adulthood diagnostic symptoms of ADHD and administer an autism screener
Questionnaires are returned in-person or sent back to my office by the end of week 2
Week 3: No meeting
(I am writing the report)
Week 4: Feedback session
Go over results and recommendations
You are charged 1/2 of the assessment fee
